About Us | Special T's Oh So Good Gourmet

Special T’s has been a dream of mine for many years. Family and friends have been pushing me (gently) for over 15 years to share my gift of baking and cooking with the world. The kids are almost grown and finally I have the time to develop my dream business.

My love of baking and cooking came from my Grandmother. When I was only six years old, I was with her in the kitchen every chance I got. Over many years, I have developed quite an extensive selection of sought after recipes. I NEVER just go to a recipe and just “make it”. When I decide to make something, I select many renditions of the recipe, study their commonalities and differences, and then, develop “my recipe” with “my twist”.

I have mastered techniques that take my recipes to the next level and I understand what it takes to produce a fabulous result. Over the years, I have taught students many tricks and techniques involving various ingredients and have shown them that even different equipment can make all the difference to the finished product.

In November 2007, I decided to introduce the world to my amazing snack blends, which I had been making 16+ years for holiday gifts and other special occasions. I look forward to tantalizing your taste buds with many more delicious recipes in the near future. I am always creating and perfecting, so there will never be a shortage of new products in the Special T’s Oh So Good Gourmet product line. Not ALL of my recipes are healthy; some are devilishly bad, (I mean good)! I may just add some of my to die for items down the road. We can always be good, right?
